Weight - 198.6
Been cruising around some internet forums, looking at people's weight loss charts. It looks like the 3rd week is a common week for a the body to play catch up. Losses seem to take a hit around this time. I've lost 1/2 lb in the last 3 days but no big deal. I'm not doing anything that I think is causing it. So, no worries unless I don't see a change in the next couple of days.
Burr cold again in FL. 70* weather is in the forecast for the next few days. Thanks, weather gods!
Also, giving up the ground beef for a while. I'm going back to straight chicken for protein for the next few days. Yum yum!
