P3 - Day 17

Weight - 188.2

Well, this is going to be my last entry in my HCG Journey's blog.  I'm to the place where there's not much to type about.  I've learned how to stabilize and I'm actually starting to eat P4 style with no negative effects.

I had pizza for lunch yesterday but instead of 1/2 a pizza, I had two thin crust slices.  I know that today, I just need to eat my normal P2 style day of clean food, just more calories, and it will undo the pizza from yesterday.

This has been a great experience!  A life changing event! I have met some great people, learned about how to read my body, learned how to feed my body, and lost a lot of weight.  I also now have a great excuse to by all new clothes as I can't wear any of my business clothes.  In fact, a caused a great laugh out of my friends at happy hour this Wednesday.  I had on my smallest suit and I had the jacket off. My pants were so bunched up at the belt and baggy that it looked hilarious.  I've been waiting until I dropped another 10lbs before buying new business clothes but....that plan is now out the door.  This weekend, new threads!

I started out Thanksgiving day with a waste measurement of 46 and now it's 37.5.  I dropped from 216.8 to 188.2 and I'm now wearing size 32 pants.  I feel great and I won't ever allow myself to go back again!

So, thanks for reading this.  I will still be hanging out in the HCG diet info forums so say Hi to me there.  I'll leave the blog up as a record of my experience to the potential benefit of others.

Later!

P3 - Day 13

Weight - 189.2

I kind of figured I'd see a return to within the 2lbs over LDW.

Now that I am figuring out the body, I've decided to add in some carbs.  My metabolism is really burning right now because I am hungry a lot....which tells me I am not eating enough calories.  Yes, I can add more protein but, I'm already eating quite a bit.

Today, I just felt like I wanted more food.  So, we had some left over fried brown rice in the fridge.  I decided to add that to my lunch of grilled chicken and salad.  I didn't eat a lot of it but, I had a small portion.  I felt really good after eating it.

I'm not going nuts on starches, however, I am going to add a bit of popcorn here, brown rice there, maybe some tortilla chips, maybe some beans.  I'll still stay committed to no sugar but the starches are going to slowly come back in.  I'm going to be careful to avoid white flour, potatoes, etc.

P3 - Days 10-12

Weight -

Day 10 - 188.2
Day 11 - 188.6
Day 12 - 190.6

Friday was spent entertaining business partners.  Man, these people liked to drink.  We started about 2 PM and ended up around 7:30 PM.  For lunch we had Tommy Bahama's and I had a grilled chicken, some grilled veggies, and a tomato/pickle salad.  Then the vodka started!

Around 5 PM, we went across the way to a restaurant called Ocean Aire (I think).  This place had oysters from all over the U.S.  I had a dozen with fresh horseradish and some cocktail sauce.

Finally, ended up at Elephant Bar.  Had some Ahi Tuna.  I got home around 9 PM and was really, really hungry.  I chowed down an apple, a tomato, and some turkey pastrami.  I was still a bit hungry after that so I fixed a very small plate of corn chips with shredded cheese and Pace picante sauce on top.  That was the ticket!

I know the corn chips are starch but, I felt ready and decided to try them out.

Saturday was a long-day!  Woke up to a small gain but nothing to worry about.

Played golf and man was it windy and cold. The only good thing is I won some $.

A friend is in a band and they were playing a gig Saturday night.  Got a couple of friends and went out.  Wow!  Did we stay out too late!  Had a blast.  After playing golf, there was only time to get home and shower and run out the door so we didn't miss the start of their show at 8.  The place they were playing (Stingray's - Daytona Beach) had some food.  I got a rib eye and a salad.  After cutting off all the fat, I was kind of disappointed in the steak but...it was all they really had that I could eat.

As the evening wore on, we switched venues and went to the South Turn, where they have some of the best wings on the planet.  I had grilled, garlic, and teriyaki.  Good food at 1 AM!

Sunday -
After the late steak and wings, wasn't surprised to see a gain of 2 lbs today.  However, I am positive it's a one day blip on the radar.  I've eaten really clean today, with the exception of I added some corn chips and cheese.  Funny, because I count out the chips and only eat 14, which is 140 calories.  I used to eat 1/2 a bag of these and now I'm counting 'em.  Thanks HCG!

P3 - Day 9

Weight - 188.4

A rather beautiful but otherwise uninteresting day today.

I didn't have a craving for this but decided to go a bit rogue in P3.  My wife fixed some vegetable stir-fry tonight with her version of fried brown rice.  Since there was no meat, I decided to eat what the family is eating for a change.  The rice had egg in it and it was brown rice.  It was very good!  Interested to see what happens on the scale tomorrow.  I don't intend to eat starchy food every day.  I had some great luck with popcorn.  It's more of a starch but it's very low on the glycemic index.  Brown rice isn't bad either so why not.  I am maintaining really well and feel good about what I'm doing.

P3 - Days 7 and 8

Weight -
Day 8 - 188.0
Day 7 - Forgot to weigh in

Day 7
Not a lot to blog about.  I've been really involved in work. In fact, worked a lot over the weekend and until around 2 AM Tues. morning.  All work and no play makes.........

Feeling pretty good about stabilizing.  Even though I didn't weight in  (frankly, I just forgot to do it), I jumped on the scale a couple of times in the evening.  Usually, I am up a couple of lbs. but, I was only up about .5 lbs...and that was after eating.  Might be down some tomorrow.''

Overall, I'm eating pretty good.  I'm learning to insist that a restaurant caters to ME when I am giving them business (vs. me caving in to what they have).  Went to Olive Garden for a business lunch today. The waitress started out with "well, I don't know if we can do that".  All I was asking for was some kind of grilled steak or chicken with no sugar or sauces and some steamed veggies. After letting her know we would eat at the sushi bar across the street, she got it. She checked on what I asked for and I took a chance and ordered it.  The meal turned out pretty good.  The chicken was great.  It came with broiled asparagus, broccoli, and tomatoes.  I had a bunch of salad with it.  A little cheese on that please!

I'm glad I didn't cave in for something off the regular menu.  What I had was just too easy to fix.  They should have charged me less for it.

Nice little 1/2 bottle of Pinot Noir tonight!

Oh, I did get a great deal on a driver off ebay.  I love ebay for golf equipment.  If you know how to shop ebay, you can get some great deals.  I got a 9.5 out of 10 Taylor Made R9 driver with the nice Fujukura shaft for $110.00 delivered.  That's a $400 plus driver.  Can't wait to swing it!  I've been so busy the last two days, I just couldn't make time to get up to the range and try it.  I will tomorrow though!

Day 8
Enjoyed seeing the scale at .6 below LDW.  Not trying to lose weight but...I am trying to learn to read the body.  I am totally not counting calories in P3.  Just listening, watching, and learning.  Learning a lot!  Getting more and more comfortable that I will stay where I need to for P3.  Can't wait until P4, not for food but...that's when I am going to start working out again.  Looking forward to that!

P3 - Day 6

Weight - 188.6

Ah, back to LDW!

Ate very good yesterday...what I now call clean.  I am learning that the supermarket can be a great place for lunch.  Went into the deli and asked for 6oz of Boar's Head Cajun Turkey.  Then went to the produce section and found they offered a small head of pre-washed boston lettuce.  I got that and a fresh naval orange for $6.37.  Went to the car wash and ate while the wash did it's thang . I used the leaf of the lettuce as a wrap for the turkey.  Pretty damn good!

Took my oldest daughter out for Sushi last night.  Had some saki (saki - 2 - me) along with the meal. The owner of the restaurant comped me another one on top of the one I bought.  Ugh, I did not need that.  My daughter doesn't drink so she was no help! Saki hangovers are the worst!

Went to Applebee's to watch the Packers destroy the Falcons.  I didn't care who won...just wanted to watch the game.

P3 - Days 4 and 5

Weight -
Day 4 - 189.0
Day 5 - 189.6

Friday was a challenging day for P3.  I have a lot going on professionally, which is good stuff for a sales guy ($$$).  Yesterday, I had to attend an all day meeting with my business partners.  We have these once a quarter.  A short meeting takes place and then the rest of the day is spent in socializing and entertainment.  This thing started at noon and went until around 6 PM.

I wanted to pack a lunch because you never know exactly what the menu will be for a catered event.  The problem was, I had a lot to do before I left and I ended up running late.  So, no lunch packed.  The lunch provided was typical sandwich choices, tomato soup, garden salad, pasta and potato salad, brownies, etc.....  Fortunately, they offered several types of meat on a tray to build your own sandwich.

I ate some turkey, roast beef, and some corned beef.  I had some tomato soup and a salad with no dressing.  I'm sure the corned beef and tomato soup had a bit of sugar in it but....not enough that I worried about it.

After the event, I met some friends at an Irish pub. I had a long drive home and decided to break it up.  I was really hungry around this point.  Not much on the menu that fit the plan but....I needed food and home was about an hour away.  They had a prime rib sandwich on the menu.  I got that sans the bread and had them steam me some veggies instead of fries.  Pretty good!

Had a nice cigar in the cigar bar across the street and headed home.  Corona Co. Cigar bar is a great place but....if you ever go, stay clear of their wine. They are very proud of their prices!  2 fingers for like $9.50 for some Pinot Noir that I've never heard of.  Still, if you like an occasional cigar, cant beat the selection and the atmosphere.

Saturday -
Wow, what a come from behind win by my beloved Louisville Cardinals.  Down 18 (yep, 18) with 5:29 left in the game and came back to win by 1 over a good (but much hated, in fact, my second most hated team) Marquette team.  They just beat themselves for most of the game.  Didn't guard the out of bounds properly and created easy fouls and buckets, got playing too fast and made dumb turnovers.  But man, something lit into them at the 5:29 mark (as I was about ready to go do something else) and they went on a 15-0 run.  That brought the fans back into the game and the finish was so exciting.

I was happy to see the come back, but, I still thought we'd lose by a couple.  Not today!  In our games with Marquette throughout the years, one team always has it's heart broken somehow as the games are tough and close.  But, to have a team by the throat with 5:29 to play and give up the win...that might haunt them for some time to come.  Great game, GO CARDS!

P3 - Day 3

Weight - 189.2

Just as expected, I retained a lot of water from all the fat I ate the day before.  I ate really decent yesterday.  For dinner, my wife made something called cheesy chicken chowder.  It really is delicious and has all good stuff in it.  I hate two bowls (medium) of that and a small salad.  I had a naval orange about 10:30.

Also, I didn't drink as much water as I should have on Tues.  I remedied that yesterday.

So everything added up to not needing a steak day and dropping back within .6 lbs of LDW.

A business client wants to take me to lunch today.  I love this diet.  I declined because I told him I was on a pretty strict weight loss regimen and I can only eat certain foods when eating out.  So, he insisted and didn't care where we ate.  So, SASHIMI it is for lunch today!  Mass quantities!  I am a Conehead for Sushi!

After the first two days on P3, I am learning that this phase is very much about listening to your, and looking at your body.  Fat is better than starch and sugar but...still managed in moderation.

My body responded to the day one feeding by looking horrible with water retention in my chest and stomach areas.  I was looking really good there the last two weeks.  It did not look bloated and flabby.  Everything was tightening up nicely and looked good.

Yesterday...even last night, I looked in the mirror and said YUCK!  My body responded by kicking it in the areas that would store fat.  Learn to read the signs by the way you feel and the way you look.

Today, I woke up and my chest is looking like it has been the last couple of weeks.  I am thankful! ...and aware!  P3 is a time for awareness and stabilizing.  Change in diet needs to be gently added and notes taken of any negative effects.  BE AWARE!  BE CAREFUL!  There's no need to go undoing everything great you've accomplished in P2.

P3 - Day 2

Weight - 191.2

The weight here is a bit misleading.  I had to weigh in about 3 hours earlier than normal due to having to get up really really early for a long drive to an early morning meeting.  During VLCD, I would sometimes wake up at around 3AM and weigh in and then wake up at 6 AM and do it again. Sometimes, the drop in weight during that last 3 hours of sleep was amazing.

Having said the above, I'm pretty sure I would have been up some from yesterday.  Just not 2.5 lbs.

That omlette my wife made, yesterday morning,  was fabulouso!  It really held me content throughout the day.

In fact it held me so well, that I think I went too long without eating.  I ran out the door and forgot to pack a lunch yesterday.  On the way home, I stopped by Publix to pick up some food for lunches and dinner.  I picked up a bunch of really good stuff.  Had to get some hard salami, but, just got a little to eat with some turkey on romaine heart leafs.  I did pick up a bottle of Pinot Noir and thought I'd have a glass with dinner.

For Dinner, the Mrs. was grilling hamburgers.  It was ground chuck and I decided to join in sans the bun.  I made of a batch of delicious sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, baby bella shrooms, tomatoes, garlic, red onion, butter, and olive oil. Had my first glass of wine while preparing the veggies. For the meal, I ate a heaping portion of the above veggie mix and 1.5 of some pretty good size hamburger patties.  On top of that...another glass of wine, and then uno mas.  Man, that wine was premo good!  For desert, I had still another glass on wine and killed the damn bottle.

The kids decided it would be family movie night.  Feeling really good on the vino, I decided to indulge in the air popped pop corn with sea salt and butter.  I had a pretty good portion.  I wasn't hungry, I just loved the flavor...all that butter and salt.

It ended up being too much of a good thing.  I think too much fat too soon in what I ate.  I didn't feel sick, I just didn't feel right.  Being the first day of P3 felt a bit too free.  So, I knew I would have to clean that up quick.

So, today for breakfast, I fixed 3 eqqs, over lightly, with tomato on top.  I had a few bites of cottage cheese and half a grapefruit.

I packed a lunch of .5 lbs of boar's head cajun turkey (it's sliced turkey sold in the deli at the supermarket), 1.5 romaine hearts and 2 red delicious apples.  Ate half of that around 11:30 and the other half around 3:30 sans the other apple.

I had some really interesting trips to the head today.  Needless to say, with what came out and the way I ate today, I feel like I will be back on LDW tomorrow....or pretty close to it.  I got the one day pig fest out of the way.  Back to eating cleaner...and smart!  Just more calories for now!

Not sure what I'm having for dinner yet!

Oh, and the nice deal that I got a verbal commitment on last week....I closed it today!  Lovin' 2011 so far!

P3 - Day 1

Weight - 188.6

Yesterday, I pretty much listened to my body and ate a little something when I was hungry.  I kind of did a p2 day but more.

After a successful business presentation, one of my co-workers wanted to stop for a beer.  I had 2 - vodka and ice with lemon.  It was TGI Friday's.  I was really, really, hungry by that time in the day and I had over an hour drive in Orlando traffic in front of me.  So, I had them grill me an order of wings with nothing on them...just grilled.  I ate about 6 of the 10 they brought out with a few sticks of celery.  Those wings were AWESOME!  So rich in flavor after eating breasts for so long.

When I got home, my wife my chicken fajitas.  I looked at the ingredients in the seasoning.  Pretty good except for a tiny bit of sugar and starch.  It was less than 2% of the packet of mix, which was small,  and I didn't each much, so I gambled on it. She had mixed peppers and onions in so I got some of those as well.

About 11PM, I got really hungry.  She had some left over chili in the fridge.  She makes a decent recipe from scratch.  This had turkey burger in place of hamburger.  I don't know the fat content.  All the spices are from the spice rack (no package for the seasoning).  It did have a few kidney beans and it was the only thing handy to eat at that time.  My body wanted some fuel and my brain said a little more protein...so I ate it...about a cup's worth.

Quite pleased I dropped another .6 lbs for what should have been my official last day in p2.  Right now, my wife is fixing me a omlette with spinach, onions, and tomatoes in it.  I'm really hungry and can't wait!

VLCD 45

Weight - 189.2

Crashing through the 190 lb. barrier he goes!  I was so amazed and so happy to jump on that scale and see that number.  I checked it 3 times to be sure the scale wasn't off.  I am in love with me again!  Does that sound terrible?  I don't mean it like some self-obsessed, idiot.  I just mean that I am feeling like a person who was in prison for a few years, locked in by fat, toxins, etc....and...now, I'm out and yes, I am beaming!  I haven't truly beamed in a long, long time!  Thanks HCG! Thanks HCG'ers that I've met who have encouraged and informed.

You can experience this same joy!  If you're on the fence and reading this blog, give HCG a whirl.  As you can see from reading, I wasn't the most disciplined and I still managed to get off almost 30lbs from Thanksgiving to today.  Go pick up 2 - 15 lb. weights and carry them around for a little while.  You don't think your body will freak with energy and enthusiasm from not having to lug that crap around all the time! You will feel free!

No injection today.  As of tomorrow morning, it will have been 72 hours since the last injection.  I officially start P3.  Oh how I long for some cashews, olives (I can finally have a martini), eggs, a little sausage here and there for breakfast, some pork chops and sauerkraut (I eat them maybe once a year but...I am craving them).  The only starch I really have a desire for is I would love a slice of pizza.  But, since I can eat so much more in P3, both in food choices and calories, I can hold off for 3 more weeks for the pizza.  I really want a big 'ol non-pitted, green olive.  Man o' man!  Good food is on the way!

VLCD 44

Weight - 190.4

This subject came up on one of the HCG forums and and also in a conversation I had with a co-worker.  The subject is...just how is HCG collected in large quantity.  I've always pictured a hen-house type set up, where pregnant women sit in stalls, are fed gallons of water, and sit there for an 8 hour shift (watching TV, reading magazines) and pee at will.  A troft under the stall catches all the HCG laden pee and funnels it down to a large container, where it is then piped into the labs for processing.  Seems logical!

I had my math all screwed up on my number of injections based on messing up my dates and day descriptions in this blog.  I was off by 3 days.  So, now that I've fixed the day (as in VLCD day) and dates, let's see how many injections I've done.

Today is VLCD 44 and I've had 5 skip days (counting today).  That's 39 injections.  Add the two in from the loading days and that makes 41.  I was going add a few more injections until I reached 185, however, I'm pretty sure I have this weight thing under control and can drop the 5lbs by working out and continuing to eat better.

So, that's it.  LIW is 190.4 and today is day one of 3 on vlcd with no injections.

The reason I am comfortable with this...I went shopping last night. I decided to try on size
34 pants. I thought they would be tight but they fit perfectly.  It's been 10-12 years since I've fit into size 34 waist pants.  Now, to get some shirts that don't feel like I'm wearing a tent.

VLCD 40 - 43

Weight -
VLCD 40 - 191.8
VLCD 41 - 191.4

VLCD 42 - 191.4
VLCD 43 - 191.2

Well, the body is getting kind of stubborn right now.  I sure would love to have one of those 1+ lb. day losses.

My goal was to get down to 185 but I am going to be happy with 190 for now.  I think once I crash 190, I'm going to stop injections and work into P3.  190 looks really good on me and I think I can get the extra fat off through more conventional means.  I want to see how everything looks after P3/P4.  Then, if I still think I need to lose 15 lbs, I'll do another short round about the beginning of March.

I haven't been on in a few days because this has been a busy week at work.  It's been a hell of a good week professionally for me.  I started off the new year with a new attitude.  I really feel like the "old me" is back.  Thanks HCG! I'm in sales and January is a month that you really want to start out strong with some wins (new customers) and meet or get ahead of your sales goals (aka quotas), otherwise you are playing catch-up and that's no fun.  I had a really nice December (sales wise) and that is usually a slow month and I only worked 2 weeks.  Usually, I would hold those sales over until January but...the comp. plan is subject to change and I decided to go ahead and get all I could under my old plan.  Well, week 1 of the new year brought me a commitment that should have me well ahead of plan (haven't received 2011 goals yet) to start the year.  That's good because: a. I didn't sand-bag (a sales term for holding signed business until a more advantageous time) any December deals, and b. January can be a really tough month for signing business.  Most companies are trying to close out the previous year so they typically don't take on a change of vendors/partners until after that's completed.  So, the phone call I received from a potential client, that said he was ready to move forward, got one of the biggest leaps out of my chair and series of fist pumps that I've ever given.

New year, new body, new attitude!  I'm digging 2011 already!

The last two plus weeks, I played a ton of golf.  This week, it was mostly work.  It's beautiful here in FL today.  I'm playing today and tomorrow.  I'm hoping the extra bit of exercise will pay off in crashing the 190 mark this weekend.  Cross your fingers and say a prayer for me! GRIN!  I am ready to be over P2.  So ready!

VLCD 39

Weight - 192.0

Injection skip day today and already (around 2PM) I am a little more hungry than usual so I think I will increase my dosage to 150 tomorrow.  The hunger is faint but gnawing! I'm sure it's going to get a bit tougher in the evening so I might eat a little more today.

Only down .2 lbs but....I have that watery, gushie feeling in my stomach and really was surprised I didn't release more today.  I am guessing tomorrow will be a nice loss.

If you don't have a George Foreman grill, get one.  Those grills are fabulous!  My chicken and meat never tasted so good.  The key is to get it hot first (a green light will come on).  Then, with that top and bottom heat pressing down, it seals in the moisture and flavor and presses out excess grease.  What a good buy!

Did I blog about this yesterday? Don't know but no time now to go check.... I'm going to probably go over on injections a few beyond 40.  I am determined to get this 7 lbs off. I have 6 more injections left after today's skip.  I MIGHT be able to lose 7 lbs in the next 7 days...but, I bet I need to go over 3-4.

I'm getting excited thinking about the upcoming P3.  I was munching on that great chicken breast today thinking....I wish I could eat 6oz. of this vs. 3.5 .  Not too much longer now!

I was telling a friend how great I felt of late.  She asked me if she thought it was the HCG or the weight loss.  I think it's the weight loss! I can't imagine the HCG gives you a buzz.  I'm on a really great natural buzz of late.  Feels GOOD!

VLCD 38

Weight - 192.2

Well, it's back to reality for awhile.  New year, new comp plan, new goals, etc....  I'm really glad I'm not sitting here thinking that I need to start a diet to lose 30lbs.  I'm almost there to start the year so I'm way ahead of the game.  I think I will make that my theme of 2011....be ahead of the game in everything I can!  Yes, I like that!

Woke up to a nice loss today.  7.2 lbs to go!  Really enjoying the Greenwise (Publix organic brand) sirloin steak I picked up the other day.  I can't see going back to lean ground beef after having this stuff.

I'm getting to understand when my body is about to drop weight.  Last night, my stomach, chest, and under my arms was feeling a bit loose and gushie (is that a word?).  I kind of felt like that would be sluffed off overnight and sure enough this AM I had a nice loss, and everything tightened up nicely.  I am almost into size 34 pants which is another goal for this program.

I'm going to be really strict now that the social-days are past and work hard these last few days on maximizing my losses.

VLCD 34/35/36/37 - December 30/31, 2010 - January 2 , 2011

Weight - 194.2 December 30
Weight - 192.6 December 31
Weight - 194.6 January 1
Weight - 193.0 January 2

Sorry that I've been MIA the last few days.  Lots going on!

The big spike in weight from Dec 31 to Jan 1 was due to...guess what?  Right, NEW YEAR'S EVE celebrations.

First off was the UK/UL basketball game!  2 - Vodka and Ice watching a poor performance by my beloved Cards.  They have too many injuries to beat a top 10 team right now.  Hopefully, we'll be at full strength soon.

Next, off to a sound check (band set-up). One of my friends plays lead guitar in a rock band.  They are very good! They play a combo of original and cover.  The venue was a hotel that has a huge bar/lounge area.  The bar was open so I spent a couple of hours drinking and enjoying the music as they prepared for their NYE gig.  I didn't go because our NY's celebration was to be a family affair.  Still, now I'm at around 6 vodka and Ice since around 2pm (it's now around 6:30)

Next, off to Tarafuku for a family dinner. Had one more vodka waiting for the family to get ready. The sushi was superb as usual.  I had my normal sashimi combo of tuna, yellowtail, and squid along with

Finally, home to settle in and celebrate the new year.  A couple more vodkas ...my last one was around 10 PM.

Other than the sashimi for dinner and the all day love affair with potato juice, I ate well until around 11PM.  That's when I downed a baggie (small) full of Tortilla chips with a lot of PACE picante sauce.  Wasn't terrible but it wasn't great.

So, all that vodka in one day...I knew I was going to hold some water which means a significant weight gain.  That didn't bother me because I had a great time and still did pretty good food wise. The key to losing that gain quickly would be in how I ate on Saturday.  I did great!  The dosage is still on target so no hunger issues.  Other than 2 bites of cottage cheese, no cheating (except 3 vodkas...my last day of drinking for quite a while).

Sunday morning, I lost almost all of the gain from New Year's Eve.  Glad to see it!  My final week on injections and back to work.  Time to be a boy scout again!  Holidays are over!  Thankfully!

Off to a golf outing I'm running late for.  More to come!

And...that more was ...2 more vodka/ice.  Couldn't resist!  It was a great day on the links.  I played well, I was with 9 other good friends, the weather was beautiful...cool day, cool buzz!

So, for those of you that think I'm alcoholic...only during this time of year.  I fully understand my limits.  I let myself fully indulge this time of year and then get serious about reality!  It's back to work tomorrow and that means time to make some $.  Vacations are my time to let it all go!

I think HCG has something to do with alcohol's effects on the body.  As much as I drank throughout the day on New Year's Eve, I was like buzzed but not drunk.  Also, no hangovers! I feel a little tired but...I used to get the worst hangovers!  Not anymore! In fact, none of the drinking I've done during the time I've been on protocol has produced a
"drunk".  Just a buzz!

Back to boring Bill with a little fun n' play mixed in here and there.
